This website is provided by Norfolk Carers. Norfolk Carers’ services are delivered through the Carers Agency Partnership, a partnership of local charities, funded by Norfolk County Council and Norfolk’s NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Norfolk Carers Short Breaks service

Who are they for:
Norfolk Carer's Short Breaks service is for all Carers aged 16+ caring for someone aged 18+ who do not currently receive social services funded support for breaks.
 
What it is for:
Short Breaks is a Flexible and FREE service where an approved support worker will stand in for the Carer to give them a short break.
 
You may want to attend an appointment, trip to the theatre, coffee with friends or just get a few hours rest.

Norfolk County Council and Norfolk’s NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups are publishing the 2016 edition of the Norfolk "Your Guide to Care and Support for adults 2016. It will be available on 1st April 2016.

The Guide  contains lots of useful information regarding care and support to enable people to stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible.  If you would like to receive a copy contact Norfolk County Council Customer Services on 0344 800 8020.
